Irindeep’s remarkable journey spans the world of education, entrepreneurship, and real estate. As a part of our team, she is a seasoned mentor and guide in the world of property development.
Irin’s professional journey began as a high school teacher. She saw that state pensions weren’t something she would be able to rely on in looking towards her retirement and building a strong financial footprint, so she began to invest in properties. Recognizing the need to push herself to new challenges, she transitioned from the classroom into the world of entrepreneurship, co-owning a BNI (business Network International) franchise with her business partner and brother, Rav. Her success in BNI spans across multiple borders where she continues to work with members in two countries, supporting business professionals in achieving their goals by connecting them with their ideal referral partners. This unique global perspective on business dynamics and networking helps take Bricks & Mentors to the next level.
Not content with limiting her impact, Irindeep is also a trailblazer in equity, diversity, and inclusivity consulting, running a business dedicated to fostering inclusive environments within organizations. Her commitment to creating spaces where diversity thrives reflects not only in her businesses but also in her approach to mentorship.
Alongside her diverse ventures, Irin is on a mission to help others achieve their goals and financial freedom through real estate development. Her expertise extends to the dynamic world of HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) development, where she not only navigates the intricacies of property development but also provides a guiding light for others aspiring to achieve financial freedom through real estate.
